Growth work, with the numbers behind it.

Three engagements where I ran the strategy, built the systems and tracked the results week by week.

Running a game community through its fastest growth.

I ran the Discord server and Facebook Group as growth operator: content, engagement systems, support and a weekly report to the team.

+58%Discord members, Apr 27 to Oct 23 (10,380 → 16,382)
6.7×Facebook Group members in the same window (1,963 → 13,072)
14Messages per active member over the last 4 weeks, vs Discord's benchmark of 10
17.7%Of new members who voted in a poll went on to post, vs 1.0% who didn't

The problem

The game was growing fast, and the community had to keep pace: new content every week, support for a steady flow of new players, and clear reporting to the team.

What I did

  • A fixed content rhythm: Game of the Week on Mondays, recaps on Wednesdays, member wins on Fridays, daily Facebook puzzles.
  • An engagement recovery plan with targets, then polls, levels, daily quests, streaks and a welcome thread for new joiners.
  • Research on who actually posts, which showed polls reach members who never speak up.
  • A weekly pulse report to the team covering members, activity and Facebook reach.

Member counts are weekly live reads of the server; the chart runs through Oct 18.

02The 90s Roleplay · 200-slot FiveM server

From a few thousand views to 3 million in one phase.

I advised the server owner on TikTok formats, hooks and calls to action across five phases. He filmed and posted.

4.05MViews across 55 videos, Feb to May 2024
106×Views in phase 5 vs phase 1 (29.8K → 3.18M)
906.6KViews on the best video, with 81.9K likes
48%Of 453 surveyed members found the server through social media

The problem

The server was posting regularly but views were flat, and TikTok wasn't bringing in players.

What I did

  • Rebuilt each video around a hook that lands in the first second.
  • Pointed content at what's unique to the server, like its working in-game systems.
  • Tested formats in 12-video phases and kept what worked.
  • Placed calls to action so viewers knew exactly where to go next.

Context: streamers were also playing on the server during phase 5.

03TikTok Shop affiliate program

A recruiting machine for affiliate creators.

I built and ran sourcing, vetting, outreach and onboarding for a brand's TikTok Shop affiliate program.

217Creator profiles vetted against a written playbook
6%Pass rate: 13 approved, so samples only went to strong fits
201Creators in the outreach pipeline, with a 9–12% reply rate
27 → 93Affiliates in the program's Discord, Aug 18 to Oct 22

The problem

The brand needed creators who would actually post, without shipping free samples to everyone who asked.

What I did

  • A sourcing playbook with search filters and pass/skip criteria.
  • A swipe-style vetting app and batch sample approvals.
  • An outreach CRM with email sequences.
  • An onboarding Discord: terms gate, briefs, a GMV bonus ladder and reminder DMs.

Creators arrived through outreach, partner waves and the platform's welcome message, and the onboarding Discord took in all three.
